It’s Sunday and I’m bored, so here’s another…

I don’t remember a lot of the dream I had last night, because I didn’t really try to retrieve it when I was waking. Here are the highlights.

My new boss, Mr. Knisley, wants to do… something. This ends up with me moving to a metropolis that looks a lot like NYC. I get to live in a fancy hotel suite for free, and Sam is able to walk to work (I assume he moved with me). However, he insists that we keep our apartment and this puzzles me.

One day as I am coming home from work, I discover that I am locked out of my beautiful suite! I try another entrance (it is a big place, the size of a small house) and the doors open, but there is a family inside with a young lady in a wedding dress! She is standing in front of the mirror getting ready with her parents and loved ones around attending to her luggage and assisting her.

The hotel has accidentally given her my ‘apartment’ as her honeymoon suite. I am distressed but decide not to make a scene; after all it is the girl’s honeymoon and I do get to live there for free. I find somewhere else to stay somehow.

Suddenly I am at Lake Ella, only with more Roman architecture and less people. I discover that I am actually playing a video game in which I am immersed in a Lake Ella with Roman architecture-like surrounding. I know it is a game because I can feel my hands holding a controller and pressing buttons which one of two large Transformer-like robots respond to. If it were not for the feel of the controller I would be convinced that I was standing on Roman Lake Ella’s shores on a sunny day, feeling the wind and spray as the Transformers wrestle in the midst of the lake, destroying the beautiful Roman architecture.

I really feel like they are Transformers even though mine has the ability to shoot water and the other has the ability to shoot fire, which means they cannot be Transformers because everybody knows that the Transformers do not shoot water or fire. Also mine has a water symbol on his chest and the other has a fire symbol on his chest and everybody BUT EVERYBODY knows the real Transformers do NOT mess with the elements. Also they do not transform. (The Transformers in my dream, not the real Transformers).

I am sparring with the other Transformer, but he is kicking my butt because I can’t get the hang of the buttons. Specifically I can’t figure out how to use my stupid water elemental power. How come he gets fire anyways?

I’ve always sucked at videgames.
